Located in the historic Half Crown-Marsh neighborhood, this property fell within the boundaries of the Harvard Square Conservation District. As a result we had to work closely with the Cambridge Historical Commission and the local zoning board to bring it back to life.

 Our plan: convert this dilapidated two family into a well-designed single family home. We successfully restored the main house and built a tasteful addition in the rear. This charming, innovative new home honors its architectural roots and enhances the neighborhood.
