This one is near and dear to our hearts. Because it was our very first and it turned out so well. Boardman Street became the catalyst for many more projects and inspired us to name our company after it.

Neglected and in extremely poor condition, we saw the potential in this four-unit mansard style home. We did a complete gut renovation, preserved the nice architectural details and restored all of the original wood. We’re proud to say we brought this sleeping beauty back to life.
