Two impeccably designed residences. One, a beautifully renovated 1850s grand Victorian with 4-5 bedrooms. The other, an architect-designed 4-bedroom home with exquisite details throughout.

 There was an extensive approval process which proved challenging. We worked closely with the Cambridge Historical Commission, the Zoning Board and listened carefully to the neighbors’ concerns, which included preserving the large backyard.

The end result was beautiful and well-received by all.
